What we can help with

We can help with sign-in issues, provider verification and moderation, account deletion, privacy requests, broken links, incorrect listings, and technical problems in the app or website.

What to include in your message

Include the email used in KidRadar, the issue you are seeing, the device you are testing on, and screenshots if the issue is visual or related to moderation status.

Account deletion

Account deletion can be initiated directly from the Profile tab in the mobile app. If you cannot access the app, email support and we will help verify and process the request in line with our privacy policy and applicable law.

Expected response window

We aim to respond to support requests within 3 business days. Safety, privacy, and account-access issues are prioritized.
