KidRadar Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KidRadar, including our mobile app, website, and related services. By using KidRadar, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

1. What KidRadar does

KidRadar helps families discover child-friendly places, events, and activities in Bali. It also provides tools for business providers to create, claim, and manage listings, activities, schedules, and media.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, KidRadar is not the organizer or operator of third-party events, venues, or services listed in the app.

2. Who may use the service

KidRadar is intended for:

• parents and guardians;
• adult family members planning activities for children;
• authorized business providers and venue representatives;
• moderators and administrators acting for KidRadar.

The app is not intended for independent use by children without parental or guardian involvement.

By using KidRadar, you represent that:

• you are legally able to use the service;
• the information you provide is accurate;
• if you submit child-related or business-related information, you are authorized to do so.

3. Accounts and access

Some features require an account or supported sign-in method.

You are responsible for:

• keeping your account information accurate;
• keeping access to your account secure;
• activity that happens through your account, except where caused by our own failure.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused, violates these Terms, or creates safety, moderation, fraud, or legal risks.

4. Roles in KidRadar

KidRadar may support different user roles, including:

• parent or customer accounts;
• provider accounts;
• admin or moderation accounts.

Different roles may have different permissions, features, and workflows. Provider access may require additional setup, review, moderation, or verification before full access is granted.

5. Listings, events, and recommendations

KidRadar may display:

• places;
• activities and sessions;
• provider-submitted listings;
• event schedules;
• photos and media;
• summaries, tags, and rankings;
• AI-generated recommendations and planning suggestions.

Some information comes from providers, imported business data, platform-generated summaries, or moderation systems.

We try to keep the service useful and current, but we do not guarantee that listings, schedules, pricing, images, contact details, or recommendations will always be complete, accurate, or up to date.

Users should independently verify important details before attending or relying on a listing, especially:

• time and date;
• availability;
• age suitability;
• pricing;
• language;
• location;
• provider contact details.

6. Provider content and responsibilities

If you use KidRadar as a provider, you are responsible for ensuring that the information, photos, documents, and media you submit are accurate, lawful, up to date, not misleading, and owned by you or properly licensed for use.

You must not:

• impersonate a business you do not control or represent;
• submit false ownership or claim information;
• upload content you do not have rights to use;
• misrepresent a listing, business, trust status, or service availability.

7. Moderation and trust

KidRadar may review, moderate, edit, reformat, limit, reject, pause, unpublish, merge, or remove listings, activities, claims, or media in order to protect platform quality, user safety, and legal compliance.

We may also:

• request verification materials;
• apply or remove trust indicators;
• adjust categories, locations, summaries, or visibility;
• restrict inaccurate, outdated, duplicate, unsafe, or misleading content.

Moderation decisions are made at our discretion, subject to applicable law and internal review procedures.

8. AI recommendations

KidRadar may provide automated suggestions, grouped recommendations, schedules, summaries, or planning support.

These AI features are provided for convenience and discovery only. They are not guarantees, professional advice, or confirmations of availability, suitability, quality, or safety.

Because recommendations may rely on changing or incomplete data, users should still verify important details directly.

9. Saved items and user actions

KidRadar may allow users to:

• save places;
• save events;
• save AI plans;
• share listings or plans;
• contact providers;
• open maps or external links.

Saved or shared content is provided for convenience. We do not guarantee that a saved place, event, or AI plan will remain available or unchanged over time.

10. Third-party services and links

KidRadar may link to third-party services such as:

• websites;
• maps;
• messaging apps;
• phone calls;
• booking or provider pages;
• third-party sign-in services.

Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours. We are not responsible for third-party actions, content, bookings, pricing, failures, or policies.

11. Payments, bookings, and provider transactions

Unless we explicitly say otherwise, KidRadar does not process third-party bookings and is not the merchant of record for third-party venues, classes, or events.

As a result:

• bookings, reservations, attendance, cancellations, refunds, and disputes remain between the user and the relevant provider or venue;
• KidRadar is not responsible for provider no-shows, changes, closures, refund decisions, or service quality of third parties.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to use KidRadar unlawfully or deceptively, scrape or bulk-copy platform data without permission, interfere with moderation or security systems, upload malicious or infringing content, submit fake listings or claims, or impersonate another person, business, or organization.

We may investigate violations and take actions including content removal, claim cancellation, account restriction, suspension, or permanent removal from the service.

13. Account deletion and termination

You may stop using KidRadar at any time. Where available, you may delete your account from within the app.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for:

• security;
• fraud prevention;
• moderation;
• legal compliance;
• abuse prevention;
• material violations of these Terms.

Some records may be retained where required or permitted for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, bookkeeping, moderation history, or security purposes.

14. Service availability

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of KidRadar at any time, including features, recommendation logic, moderation systems, provider tools, or support channels.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent access to any specific feature.

15. Disclaimers

KidRadar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that:

• the service will always be available or error-free;
• listings or recommendations will always be complete, accurate, or current;
• third-party providers or venues will perform as described;
• AI-generated suggestions will always be correct or suitable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidRadar and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from use of or inability to use the service, third-party venues, providers, or events, inaccurate or outdated listing content, cancellations, closures, AI-generated recommendations, or temporary outages and technical failures.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date and provide notice through the service or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of KidRadar after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
